The principles behind the proposed Garden Community developments are to be explored in a new consultation.
Running from the 13th November – 22 January the consultation is an early look at the principles behind the three proposed new communities.
Ultimately the councils will produce a Plan for each community setting out the planning policies and strategies which will ensure they are built to the principles they have committed.
