NEGC Ltd will be holding its AGM on Monday 16th July to look at NEGC Ltd items pertaining to 2017-18 financial statements and statutory matters.
The meeting is open to the public, and those wishing to attend are asked to register by emailing info@ne-gc.co.uk by 5pm Monday 9th July.
Confirmation of attendance and an information pack will be sent out ahead of the meeting. Those attending will be able to submit questions on company issues relating to 2017-18 financial statements and statutory matters, and guidelines on this will be provided alongside the information pack.
